YesTonight is a private, one-tap nightly signal between two partners. If you both say yes, you both hear about it. If not, there is no match and no message - no screen in the app shows your partner your answer.
One tap a night.
Free. No ads. No trackers. 18+. Use it on any browser, or add it to your phone's home screen to get match notifications.
Three steps, one tap a night, no awkward ask.
One of you signs up with just an email, with no password, and shares a pairing code. The other enters it. No social graph.
Each night, each of you answers the same quiet question: are you in the mood? Your answer is private to you.
Match? You both hear about it. Mismatch or skipped? No match and no message. Nothing is sent to your partner about a no.
When you both tap yes:
A mutual yes can arrive as a push notification (if you have allowed them) or as an email.
YesTonight asks for only two taps, one from each of you. The app’s entire job is to make a private moment easier, not to measure, monetize, or moralize it.
A single tap. No menus, no chat to scroll.
No screen shows your partner your answer. If either of you isn’t in the mood, there is no match and no message.
YesTonight runs in your browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Match notifications arrive if you allow them in your browser, with email as a fallback. Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.
Sign in from any browser. Tap yes from your laptop during a work-from-home afternoon, or from your phone at night.
No advertising trackers. No advertising IDs. Your answers are not shown to anyone but you.
Celebrate the nights you both showed up. Visible only to the two of you.
Designed to open in the dark without burning your eyes.
YesTonight isn’t for finding anyone. You use it only with your existing partner. It’s a single private signal: are you in the mood tonight? If both of you tap yes, you both get notified. If not, there is no match and no message about it. That’s the whole app.
No screen in the app shows your partner your answer, and nothing is sent to them when you say no or don’t answer. One exception: if you both said yes, your partner has opened the match, and you then change your answer, they are told in the app that tonight is off.
Yes. Every core feature is free. There are no ads. An optional one-time Supporter unlock ($4.99) adds a few cosmetic extras (accent colors, celebration animations) and keeps the app sustainable.
No. We store the minimum required to run the service: email, pairing, and your nightly yes/no for 30 days. We count page visits anonymously, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. We don’t use advertising trackers or ad SDKs, and we don’t share your data with third parties.
Either partner can end the pairing from the app at any time, and your signals are deleted immediately. You can also pause the pairing (both of you must agree to resume) and delete your account from Settings.
Committed adult couples, 18+. It’s especially useful when one or both of you want to reduce the friction of initiating without having to ask out loud.
After long days and small misreads, even the most committed couples stop asking. Not because they stopped wanting each other, but because asking out loud is hard, and being turned down out loud is harder. YesTonight is a quiet workaround: a nightly, private signal that lets you both say yes without anyone having to ask out loud. No chat logs, no scores, no history of who wanted more. Just a one-tap ritual you share, and a celebration when you’re both there.
